Network licenses allow several users in a network (LAN) to simultaneously install and use PdfGrabber clients. The network licenses are ideally installed on a server in your Intranet. Following activation, all staff can start up the PdfGrabber. Please ensure that the maximum number of concurrent users corresponds with your license.

PdfGrabber converts PDF files into multiple formats, i.e. Pdf to Word, Pdf to Excel, Pdf to RTF, PDF to Text, PDF to DXF/CAD, PDF to XML, PDF to Powerpoint.

PdfGrabber makes it possible to export the whole document or just selected contents from PDF documents into different formats and further process them.

Thus PdfGrabber permits editing and further processing of PDF contents (texts, images, vectors) in other applications, e.g. Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Excel® or AutoCAD®, without installing Adobe Acrobat.

The new version, 4.0, features a whole host of improvements. It enables content to be exported into PowerPoint and the conversion of entire PDF pages into images. What’s more, output quality and working speed have both been optimized. The Excel output also facilitates the export of various PDF pages into an Excel spreadsheet. The text recognition function (OCR) allows the new version to export text from scanned documents (only with Microsoft Office 2003).

In addition, the PdfGrabber 4.0 also comes with a printer driver with which exported documents can be reconverted into PDFs. The required PDFs can be exported, the necessary changes made and the file then subsequently saved again as a PDF. The creation of PDF documents is possible from any Windows application using a printer driver.
